Powder Coating Extrusion Purge
A “thermoset” powder coating manufacturer, using a 30mm twin‐screw extruder, routinely sequenced colors from lighter to darker until the required maintenance schedule required a tear‐down. The use of Vitropurge® significantly reduced the time required to change colors as well as dramatically extending the interval between tear‐downs.
